AirBaltic is the flagship carrier of Latvia. This low-cost airline is headquartered in Marupe municipality, near the capital city of Riga. The airline provides flights services out of its main hub at the Riga International Airport. Being a state-owned carrier since November 2011, AirBaltic presently operates 60 direct flights from Riga. Some of the flights operated by the airline are seasonal. The airline has in last few years has transformed into a hybrid LCC from a point-to-point low-cost carrier. With its efforts it has successfully created a transit point at its Riga ‘North Hub’ for travelers between Central Asia, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe and Northern Europe.

Travel Classes:

AirBaltic offers travel in two classes - Business Class and Economy Class. It also offers five fare types including Basic, Economy Smart, Economy Elite, Business Smart and Business Elite.
