The airline was founded by Dave Spurlock, a former director of strategy at British Airways. Initially, the company was named as Atlantic Express and later changed its name to Eos in 2005.
The airline has its hubs in John F. Kennedy International Airport and London Stansted Airport. The airline was working with the realistic slogan ‘Uncrowded, Uncompromising, UNAIRLINE’. Eos Airlines ceased its operations on April 27, 2008.
