Excellent customer service
Good Morning Mr. John T provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to assist me. He worked with me an hour after his shift ended to ensure an error made on my part was corrected. He eased the stress of securing flights for my family in our time of bereavement. Kudos to Mr. John T!!
