Hundred dollars cheaper
I made the mistake of booking the wrong dates for my flight to Key West .. I called your customer service and they took care of canceling the wrong flight and rebooked me on a flight that was more than a hundred dollars cheaper... Thanks , guys!

Booked with your co. several times
I have worked with your co. several times before. The service has always been excellent . Last year because of my error with our flight. The flight had to be changed and it was done with ease thanks to your staff. Also because of my husband Illness our New Year plans had to be cancelled again your staff came thru. I wish I could remember the name Of the first agent that was so helpful with the flight change. the other agent that was so helpful was Clinton. Sorry it took me time to make the comments Have a good day.
