Aer Lingus announces new winter flight schedule to Europe

There will be increased Aer Lingus flights services on its existing routes in Europe this winter.

Aer Lingus recently announced its new flight schedule for winter this year to European destinations. The airline has also decided to increase the frequencies on the existing routes.

The airline in a statement said that the flights services on its newly-introduced routes for summer will continue to be operated through the winter this year as well. The routes include Cork to Brussels, and Dublin to Verona and Stockholm.

According to Aer Lingus, the flights services between Dublin and Copenhagen will be resumed after a four year gap and will now be operated as a daily service.

The winter schedule will be operational from October end this year and will continue until March 2013.

The airline stated that flight frequencies to Amsterdam, Vienna and Berlin will be increased. However, the airline will continue operating two flights every week to Bordeaux and three flights every week to Venice.
