Aer Lingus offering 20 percent discount on its Summer Sale

Leading Irish carrier Aer Lingus recently announced its Summer Sale for 2012, offering an amazing 20 percent discount in all classes in every flight departing daily to the UK and Europe. The airline is offering discounted airfares on a total of 6 million seats.

The passengers can avail this offer to book cheap flights to London, Edinburgh and Manchester in the UK as well as popular European destinations such as Amsterdam, Rome and Barcelona. The travel period on this offer starts from April 17 and must be completed latest by October 25, 2012.

Aer Lingus has launched this sale following an upbeat mood over its positive December 2011 operations results. The airline reported 13 percent growth in its passenger traffic in December last year as compared to the same month in 2010.

The airline recently announced the launch of a number of additional summer routes. New seasonal European routes include destinations such as Stockholm, Nice, Verona and Nice. The airline also indicated that it will increase frequencies on 13 of its current routes, such as Zurich, Faro and Perpignan throughout the summer.
