Air Canada subsidiary to begin flights to Palm Springs

Air Canada recently announced that its leisure travel subsidiary Air Canada Rouge is all set to begin flights to Palms Spring International Airport from Vancouver.

The nonstop seasonal flights by Air Canada Rogue on Vancouver-Palm Springs route is scheduled to begin from December 18, 2014 and continue until April 12, 2015. The flights will be operated thrice weekly on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. With the launch of flights to Vancouver from Palm Springs, Air Canada Rogue will now become the 11th commercial carrier to operate flights to the Coachella Valley.

Another Canadian carrier WestJet Airlines is also presently operating many winter routes to various Canadian cities such as Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary.

Air Canada Rogue will be serving Vancouver - Palm Springs route with the help of Airbus A319 aircrafts featuring state-of-the-art in-flight entertainment, enhanced seating, and food and beverage options.
 
The passengers booking flights on Air Canada Rogue for travel between the two destinations will be offered three levels of service – Premium Rogue, Rogue Plus and Rogue. The passengers traveling in ‘Rogue Plus’ will be offered preferred seating with extra legroom, while those traveling in ‘Premium Rogue’ will be provided enhanced service and additional personal space.

Ever since Air Canada Rogue was launched in July 2013, the leisure travel subsidiary of Air Canada is being operated to many destinations in the Caribbean, Europe and Mexico, as well as selected destinations in the U.S.

Air Canada is aggressively promoting the new Vancouver-Palm Springs route. The airline has announced attractive discount of 20 percent when booking tickets before August 7, 2014.
