Air China upgrading service on Beijing-Frankfurt route

Air China recently announced it will be upgrading its flights services on Beijing-Frankfurt route. The airline in a statement said that Air China flights between Beijing and Frankfurt will now be upgraded and the route will be served with the help of a widebody Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The upgraded service will start plying on the route from November 22, 2012.

Currently, Air China is offering two daily flights between Beijing and Frankfurt. The Boeing 777-300ER aircraft has been particularly favored by business class travelers. The aircraft is configured with 8 seats in First Class, 42 seats in Business Class and 261 seats in Economy Class.

The airline stated that launch of upgraded Boeing 777-300ER service on Beijing-Frankfurt will significantly help Air China to strengthen its position in the German market.

Air China is the largest Chinese carrier offering services in the China-German market. The airline is presently offering services on four German routes, including Beijing-Dusseldorf, Beijing-Munich, Shanghai-Frankfurt and Beijing-Frankfurt.
