Air France expands its digital services

Air France recently expanded its digital services to provide more convenience to its passengers. The airline is now offering Air France Connect and My Account digital services to help passengers give more control over their bookings and keep them informed at all stages of their trip.

The passengers making Air France flight reservations will now be provided Air France Connect alert services, using their phone numbers and email addresses. This service will keep passengers updated regarding any delay, cancellation or change of boarding gate in real time throughout their trip. According to the airline, alerts are active from 14 days before departure either by phone, text message or email. This is a free service and is available in eight languages.

The personalized My Account services will help passengers booking Air France flights to create a permanent account and securely store personal data including payment details and seat and meal preferences.
