Air France introduces Boeing 777-300ER on flights to Mauritius

Passengers taking Air France flights to Mauritius will now be able to fly on Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The airline introduced the aircraft on this route on May 8, 2012. The aircraft is configured with 468 seats, divided between three cabin classes.

The aircraft’s business class cabin is equipped with a longer and wider full sleep seat (over 2 m long and 61 cm wide).

According to Air France, the Premium Voyageur cabin on the aircraft is located between the business class and Voyageur cabins. The fixed-shell seat in the Premium Voyageur cabin offer the travelers the comfort of a private space, with 40 percent additional space compared with the seat in the Voyageur (Economy Class) cabin.

The Premium Voyageur cabin has been designed to provide maximum comfort to the passengers, and is equipped with an adjustable footrest, headrest and a 19-inch seat as well as numerous practical functions such as an electric socket, a wide table tray, an individual reading light, and noise-reducing headphones.

The Voyageur (Economy Class) cabin is equipped with latest-generation seats with an adjustable footrest and headrest as well as an individual screen.
Air France is currently operating up to 4 weekly flights by Boeing 777-300ER. The airline together with Air Mauritius operates up to 14 weekly flights to Mauritius.
