Air France overhauls ground and in-flight services

Air France recently announced the overhauling of its ground and in-flight services in an attempt to enhance customer satisfaction and flying experience. The airline stated that the overhauling is a part of its efforts to upgrade and expand its services.

The airline in a statement said that its customers taking Air France flights from any of the 12 airports in the France will be able to avail the upgraded services from newly-introduced self-service kiosks.

Passengers booking Air France flights tickets will be able to print their own baggage labels using the automated service at the kiosks. Apart from this, the passengers will also have the advantage of going straight to the Express baggage drop-off areas thus avoiding check-in counters. This will enable the passengers to get rid of the unnecessary hassles by investing more time at check-in counters.

The airline further stated that passengers booking their tickets Voyageur and Premium Voyageur and traveling on long-haul flights will be offered a la carte meal service.
