Air France receives ninth A380, to fly them on five new routes

Air France, the premier European carrier that offers service to a wide variety of destinations across continents happily welcomed its newest fleet member. The staff and management of the airline happily received the delivery of its ninth Airbus A380.

The arrival of the super-jumbo was celebrated by the airline, making it one of the leading airlines to fly the double-decker jet. Its entry comes close to the launch of the first ever A380 service by the airline to Shanghai recently. The employees rejoiced and reveled in a post-delivery ceremony organized by the airline’s management.

The new aircraft boasts of 516 overall seats for its passengers. These seats have been configured in four classes. Passengers will be able to book nine seats in the first class, 80 seats in business class, 38 seats in premium economy class and 389 seats in the economy class on this flight.

The arrival of this latest jet reiterates the airline’s commitment to offer better facilities to customers on long haul Air France flights to different destinations. The management is committed to offer contemporary, modern, and better amenities to passengers flying with it.

The carrier is expanding its reach and network by flying the ultra modern aircrafts on various routes. It is set to launch A380 service to five new destinations this month. These destinations include New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Johannesburg, and Tokyo.
