American Airlines upgrades Business and First Class service

American Airlines recently announced its customers booking first class tickets would now be able to get enhanced travel experience beginning this year. The airline has also upgraded service in its business class cabins.

The airline in a statement said that effective New Year 2013 the customers taking first class flights or traveling in business class to various international destinations would be able to indulge in a host of new upgrades and enjoy new premium in-flight experience.

The upgraded service has been launched onboard the airline’s Boeing 777-200ER, Boeing 767-300ER and Boeing 757-200 aircrafts being currently operated in Asia, Europe and long-haul Latin American destinations.

American Airlines stated that its first class customers boarding their flights would receive a welcome aboard card, and an amenity kit stocked with Dermalogica skincare products, that also double as a tablet case. Apart from this, other specially designed items including accent water glass, napkin ring, textured placemat, and an amuse-bouche, a bit-size hors d’oeuvre would also be offered to the customers.
