Aer Lingus recently announced its customers can now pre-order the airline’s signature Irish Breakfast prior to their flight just to ensure that they won’t miss out on this.
Aer Lingus has already been offering one of the best buy-on-board breakfast options on its short-haul international flights to Europe.
The airline in a statement said that it would now be offering two additional dishes to its customers. These dishes include chicken noodle salad, and seared beef and potato salad. The pricing for these meals are yet to be confirmed.
According to Aer Lingus, the customers can now with immediate effect pre-order the Irish Breakfast meal for $9.99 (7.50 Euros). The price is the same as buying on board the aircraft.
The airline stated that the customers can pre-order their meals up to 90 days in advance of the departure date, but not later than 36 hours before departure.
Currently, similar pre-order programs are being run by various international carriers, such as KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Austrian Airlines and Air France. The passengers are allowed to pre-order a meal on a specific route or from select departure cities.
