Aer Lingus Regional, the low cost arm of Aer Lingus, has brought cheers for its customers with the launch of cheap flights between Dublin and London Southend. The airline recently started operating its new flight between Dublin and London Southend early May this year.
The airline has deployed its new ATR aircraft to operate flights services between the two destinations. Aer Lingus Regional in a statement said that the airline expects to boost its flights operations on the route in the coming months.
Aer Lingus Regional, being currently operated by Aer Arann, was launched last year. The airline expects to fly a record 5,600 passengers in May this year. Ever since its launch, the airline has so far carried more than 55,000 passengers on Dublin-London route in the past 12 months.
Aer Lingus Regional is presently operating three times weekly service on Dublin-London Southend route, and has adjusted its flight schedule offering a day trip return service, particularly for business travelers.
