South Korea’s national flag carrier Korean Air recently announced it will be increasing its frequencies to Canada for the summer months. The airline will be increasing its capacity on flights to Vancouver and Toronto from Seoul Incheon International Airport.
Until now Korean Air flights to both these Canadian cities were being operated five times weekly. The airline has, however, announced it will be increasing its frequencies on both these routes from June this year making it into a daily service.
The airline stated that it will start operating daily flights to Vancouver starting from June 20, while daily flights to Toronto would start from June 24, 2013. The flights to both these cities in Canada would be operated to/from Seoul Incheon International Airport.
Korean Air is offering flight services to Canada for over 20 years now. The airline expanded its reach in Canadian domestic market after entering into a codeshare agreement with WestJet Airways.
