Passengers buying business class tickets on Japan Airlines and traveling in its SKY SUITE must be having a great flying experience. The airline’s JAL SKY SUITE was recently presented with the Best Business Class Airline Seat award from SKYTRAX.
Japan Airlines is the first Japanese carrier to be given this award at SKYTRAX's 2013 World Airline Awards ceremony held recently at Paris Air Show.
The award is given based on the world’s largest airline passenger satisfaction survey conducted every year.
JAL SKY SUITE emerged at the top in this award category because of its commendable customer privacy and its seat width in the fully reclined flat-bed position.
Travelers from more than 160 countries took part in the annual SKYTRAX’s World Airline Awards survey, which covered over 200 airlines.
Japan Airlines started to install its new JAL SKY SUITE in its international fleet of Boeing 777-300ER aircrafts in January 2013. These new seats are now being offered on the airline’s Tokyo-London and Tokyo-New York routes.
