Chinese carrier Xiamen Airlines recently signed a codeshare partnership agreement with Indonesia’s national carrier Garuda Indonesia. The codeshare pact will enable Xiamen Airlines extend its two regular round-trip services to Jakarta.

Currently, Xiamen Airlines is operating daily flights on the Hangzhou-Fuzhou-Singapore and Zhengzhou-Xiamen-Singapore routes. Xiamen Airlines in a statement said that it has started selling codeshare flight tickets under the new pact starting from July 4, 2013.
 
The airline would be implementing its free code sale cooperation with Garuda Indonesia on its three round-trip services connecting Jakarta and Singapore starting from August 4, 2013. The codeshare flight numbers are MF803/4, MF805/6 and MF807/8.

Xiamen Airlines said that the passengers from Fuzhou, Hangzhou, Xiamen and Zhengzhou would be able to choose the specific codeshare flights to connect to Jakarta via Singapore according to their travel demands. The airline said that the luggage of the passengers would be sent directly to their final destinations.
