British Airways expanding flights to Asia and North America

UK’s national flag carrier British Airways recently announced it will be expanding its flights network to Asia and North America.

The airline in a statement said that it will be utilizing its previous BMI slots at London’s Heathrow Airport to operate long-haul British Airways flights to North America and Asia.

British Airways said that it has already completed that merger procedure earlier this year after acquiring British Midland International (BMI). The airline further stated that it will continue the integration of BMI airline with its main fleet in its new winter schedule.

The airline revealed that it will be introducing its flights services to Seoul in South Korea from London, as well as to other destinations in North India and Asia.

British Airways has also revealed its plans to further expand into the North American market. The airline said that North America continues to be an important market for the airline as tremendous growth opportunity exists here.
