British Airways Know Me program to check passengers using Google, Facebook

British Airways flights will now carry more information about its customers with the help of Google and Facebook.

British Airways recently announced it will start keeping detailed information about it First Class and Business Class passengers with the help of Google and Facebook.

The airline in a statement said that by doing this it will be able to assist its check-in staff by providing the necessary details of these premium fliers so that more customized service is provided to them.

British Airways has decided to launch this exclusive practice under its “Know Me” program. The airline aims to gather as much details about its high value customers, which would in turn prove to be of great assistance to the airline’s check-in staff and cabin crew to know the customers more and provide special attention to them based on their preferences and previous flying habits.

Under this program, the airline could even send a personal message to its premium customers before they even reach the airport for boarding their British Airways flights.
