I hope that this email finds you well! I am writing to express my appreciation for the way in which a difficult situation was handled with a former client of mine by Clive. Clive was very attentive and he listened to the entire story, using great customer service skills, interpersonal communication skills, concern, discernment and logic.
I feel that it is necessary to point this out because, we are all working in the customer service industry and it can be difficult at times to have patience and when I see someone who delivers great customer service I believe that it should be recognized. I felt very supported in explaining the entire situation and was satisfied that logic and fairness was used in the outcome.

Simon has always provided me with quick responses, easy changes in schedule, and
most importantly excellent fares.
Farebuzz has relationships with all of the global alliances, including the biggest
ones of OneWorld and Star Alliance, and this allows me to use a multitude of airlines
and get the most competitive fares, Best of all, Simon, or someone at Farebuzz,
is always available to assist with changes when I am on the road in places like

This is my thoughts about Fare Buzz.
I use Fare Buzz for all my travel need for several years, because they are prompt
and their travel agents are qualified and professional. The outstanding customer
service is the Icon of Fare Buzz, which I was looking for long time. Quick quote
and quick calls return are always my major concern, but I don't remember even a
single incident where Fare Buzz was failed to return my calls or taken more than
2 hours to quote the fare. Their prices are always competitive.
In addition, Ms Susan Quirindongo calls me after each booking and ask if she can
help any further. I have already recommended Fare Buzz to all my friends and family
and I will keep recommending to other.

There was a problem yesterday involving 3 bookings: 34xx57, 34xx03, 346xxx. The
airline, GOMOKULELE, departed 1 hour early, without notice, resulting in my clients
missing their flight.
I called the airline and was told that only Farebuzz could make the change. When
I spoke to Dina she took the situation to the proper people, stayed on the situation,
working with Andrea to assure the clients were re-accommodated. Both of these people
went above and beyond what was expected, especially since this was not a problem
originating with Farebuzz, but clearly with the airport staff of GOMOKULELE.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the manner I which Dina and Andrea

I recently had a death in the family and was required to make some changes to my
flights to be able to attend the services of my son. I called your customer service
number that was answered by Alice Wadhwa.
Not only did Alice help me with what I needed to do as far as flights but she went
way above what you would expect. After making my changes she sent me and email to
remind me not to let the airline check my bag all the way throught to my origanal
destenation so I would not have a problem. During my trip I had other things that
happen due to the changes I had to make and at every turn Alice fixed the problem
and in a very timely manner. At one of the worst times of my life when you are stressed
to the max, traveling at a peak time of year, Alice was made a very difficult time
much better for me.
I can not thank her enough for what she did for me. I could tell in talking to her
it was how she takes care of all of her customers which is sadly is not the norm
in customer service.

I am writing this email in commendation of Mr. Steven Singh who, since yesterday
morning has been a great help to me. We were having issues booking airline tickets
because a person that was initially traveling with our group, dropped out after
the ticket was purchased.
In addition, I needed to make a personal trip to my banking institution to ensure
that they transfered money from a statement savings account into my checking account,
where I would be using the funds for the purchase. Well, to the say the least, it

You recently booked my wife and myself from Orlando to Spain, with a leg from JFK
to Brussels on Jet Airways business class.
We found Jet Airways to be extremely professional with excellent accommodation.
The seats are very luxurious and recline completely flat with a large pillow and
bedding. The service is very good and attentive without being intrusive, with first
rate food. We especially enjoyed the Indian selections.
The seating arrangement is outstanding with great privacy for each seat, with the
seats in a herring bone arrangement and only three rows of single seats across the
width of the aircraft. There are also large individual TV screens with good headsets.
We were able to sleep and arrive relatively rested
The cost of the fare, while not inexpensive, compared favorably with other carriers.
We would like to thank you for your professionalism in arranging the trip for us.
