Emirates Airline to launch new flights between Dubai and Adelaide in November

Leading Middle East carrier Emirates Airline recently announced it will be launching its flights services between Dubai and Adelaide in November this year.

The airline in a statement said that Emirates Airline flights to Adelaide are expected to ferry more than 200,000 passengers every year between Dubai and the Australian city of Adelaide.

The airline disclosed that Europe and UK are likely to emerge as the strongest markets for both outbound and inbound travel.

The airline said that Emirates Airline flights tickets will be made available soon for the inaugural launch of the flights between the two cities starting from November 1, 2012.

Salem Obaidalla, Emirates Airline’s Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations Far East & Australasia, said that the airline is planning to boost the frequency of Adelaide service from February 1, 2013 and will operate daily flights services between the two destinations. The boost of frequency will result in a 30 percent increase for the Australian market and bring about 5,000 additional seats every week on Dubai-Adelaide route.
