Great American Beer Festival

Duanwu Festival

The celebration of the event consists of the drinking of wine xionghuangjiu, eating of zongzi and a race of dragon boats. You will also find icons of the mythical guardian figure Zhong Kui hanging around, along with mugwort and calamus.

Mid-Autumn Festival
Also called the Moon or Mooncake Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival is a very famous lunar harvest fest which the Vietnamese and Chinese populations of the city celebrate. The early period of Tang Dynasty popularized the event. Some traditions and customs which accompany the celebrations are eating mooncakes, holding bright lanterns and burning sticks of incense.
