Board any of the cheap flights to Montego Bay and check out the Jamaica Bobsled Café. This too is located on Gloucester Avenue. It is a bit earthier and rowdier than Nikkita’s. Prefaced with the lively hues of the Jamaican flag and an oversized digital clock that counts down the minutes to the next Winter Olympic Games, it is a tongue-in-cheek reminder of one of the most effective public relations and press campaigns in the history of Jamaica-the Jamaican bobsled team. The place prominently displays the actual bobsled that was used by the Jamaican team in the 1992 Winter Olympic Games. Burgers, platters and salads are what you should relish at this place.

Get your cheap flight tickets and head to Time ‘n’ Place, the perfect spot when you want to escape. It is located just east of Falmouth. The sign “If you got the time, then we got the place” can be seen by the side of the road before you reach Falmouth.  This funky beach bar is perched on an almost deserted 3km beach. It is built of driftwood, and is the ultimate place to sit back and listen to the reggae from the local stations. The venue is as friendly and relaxed as they get.
