Phoenix Film Festival is one of the biggest festivities happening annually at Phoenix. The festival commenced as a platform for feature films prepared under $1 million as well as short films completed for below $50,000, but, it quickly climbed its way into influential status in the big screen circuit due to its supreme treatment of filmmakers.
