Frontier Airlines inflight entertainment lineup upgraded

Passengers taking Frontier Airlines flights will now have an enhanced flying experience. The airline recently announced upgrades to its inflight entertainment options.

The airline in a statement said that the customer-friendly changes will now provide great programming options along with variable pricing that ranges from $3.99 t0 $7.99, as per the length of travel. The inflight entertainment upgrades will be effective from July 1, 2012.

According to Frontier Airlines, the new bundled pricing covering recent upgrades include 3 first-run movie channels and 24 channels of DIRECTV. The airline will be charging $3.99 for flights less than two hours. Passengers booking Frontier Airlines flights tickets for flights of 2 - 3 ½ hours duration will have to pay $5.99 to enjoy the upgraded inflight entertainment options. However, for Frontier Airlines flights longer than 3 ½ hours duration will be required to pay $7.99 to enjoy this facility.
 
Passengers buying Classic and Classic Plus tickets will also be able to enjoy this new offering. Apart from this, this facility is also applicable for Frontier Airlines’ EarlyReturns Ascent and Summit members.
