Frontier Airlines shuts down Best Care Club at Milwaukee airport

Passengers taking Frontier Airlines flights to Milwaukee will not be able to enjoy the facilities being provided at its Best Care Club at General Mitchell International Airport in the city.

The airline recently announced it has closed its Best Care Club at Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport and it would not provide any facilities to its customers here.

According to the airline, the Best Care Club was the last vestige of its earlier incarnation Midwest Airlines. Located at General Mitchell International Airport terminal’s Concourse D near Gate 38, the club used to offer its members several facilities, including seat selection and check-in services; ticket purchases assistance; ticket refunds and exchanges; cash bar; travel assistance; newspapers, magazines and televisions; complimentary snack and nonalcoholic beverages; and frequent flyer accounts services. 

The step of closing down the Best Care Club is in line with Frontier Airline’s decision to drastically curtail its flights operations out of General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee. The airline currently has only seven daily departures from Milwaukee airport as compared to 86 daily departures in 2011.
