Frontier Airlines travelers allowed flexibility ahead of winter storm

Frontier Airlines has provided relief to its travelers to make itinerary changes ahead of the likely impact of a winter storm in the upper Northwest. The airline devised policy guidelines for passengers traveling to/from or through Portland, Seattle and Spokane.

The passengers who were scheduled to travel January 17 or 18, 2012, and who purchased airline tickets on or before January 17, 2012, were covered under the recently-enacted guidelines.

The airline said that those passengers who had already set off for their destinations are allowed to make one itinerary change.

Frontier Airlines had also waived conditions related to standard change fees, day or time applications, advance purchase, blackouts, and minimum or maximum stay requirements. However, origin and destination cities remain the same. The travelers were asked to make itinerary changes till midnight January 18, 2012, and will have to complete their travel by January 25, 2012.
