Hawaiian Airlines to double nonstop flights between Bay Area and Maui from October

Hawaiian Airlines recently announced it will be doubling its nonstop flights between the Bay Area and Maui starting from October this year.
The airline in a statement said that Hawaiian Airlines flights between the Bay Area and Maui will be doubled to 14 every week and would be operational year-round.

The passengers will now be able to book Hawaiian Airlines flights tickets for daily flights to Maui from both Oakland and San Jose to be started from October 3, 2012.

According to the airline, the expanding of daily services on both Oakland and San Jose routes Hawaiian Airlines will be able to add about 90,000 new seats annually to Maui.

The airline stated that the realignment of Bay Area flight schedules keeping in with consumer demand and to better match capacity has resulted in the increase of flights services to Maui.

Ever since January 2012, Hawaiian Airlines has been offering its customers four flights every week between Oakland and Maui. The airline has also been operating three flights every week between San Jose and Maui since January.
