Iberia Airlines revolutionizes customer experience by launching IBHelp

Passengers booking Iberia Airlines flights tickets will now have a hassle free flying experience.

Iberia Airlines has decided to show more commitment to its customers and ensure that their travel becomes comfortable and easy. The airline recently announced the launch of its innovative IBHelp revolutionizing customer service. The move is also aimed at refining the airport experience of the customers at the airline’s Terminal 4 hub in Madrid.

The airline in a statement said that it will be equipping more than 100 customer service agents with iPads and PDAs loaded with applications. This would enable the airline’s customer service agents to manage and tackle a wide range of customer incidents and request in real time and from any location within the airport. This would also help them to remain more proactive and mobile.

The airline said that IBHelp is a pioneering and unique innovation and would be extended to all key airports in Spain and abroad in future.
