Icelandair seasonal service from Toronto resumes

Icelandair recently announced it has resumed its seasonal service from Canada from March this year.

Icelandair flights departed from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport at 9.10 pm on March 28, 2012. The service will run through November 4, 2012. The airline will offer four flights every week from Toronto on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

In 2013, the airline will again resume its seasonal service from March 22.

Icelandair in a statement said that its seasonal flights from Halifax will resume from June 7, 2012, with up to three flights per week through October 8, 2012. The seasonal service will again resume in the spring of 2013.

The airline further said that considering the increased demand from New York, it will introduce a second evening flight with up to 10 flights per week from New York JFK through November 5, 2012.

The airline will also be launching flights service from Denver International Airport, its newest gateway, starting May 11, 2012.
