JetBlue Airways increases flight services to Nassau Paradise Island

The popular Bahamas beach destination Nassau Paradise Island has started receiving new, daily nonstop flights announced recently by some leading US carriers.

JetBlue Airways and Delta Air Lines are among the latest carriers to offer increased frequencies to Nassau Paradise Island.

JetBlue Airways recently launched daily, nonstop flights to Nassau from Westchester for serving residents from Westchester and Fairfield Counties and beyond.  The three-hour flight to Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport, which began just in time for the holiday season, is the first international service ever offered out of Westchester County Airport.

According to the airline, the flight departs Westchester County at 8.09 am and arrives in Nassau at 11.11 am. The return flight departs Nassau at 12.09 pm and arrives in Westchester at 3.04 pm.

Delta Air Lines has also announced new, daily nonstop flights to Nassau from New York LaGuardia Airport, which will start on March 2, 2012. The flights will depart LaGuardia at 9.00 am and arrives in Nassau at 12.24 pm. The return flight will depart Nassau at 2.05 pm and arrives in LaGuardia at 5.12 pm.

Currently, travelers to Nassau are being offered Instant Savings promotion by several participating hotels. Travelers booking an air-inclusive minimum six-night stay at any of Nassau Paradise Island’s 17 participating hotels will be offered $400 Instant Savings. However, travelers who book a four or five night stay are being offered $250 Instant Savings. Bookings should be made latest by February 6, 2012 in order to avail this offer. The travel is valid through June 20, 2012.
