Mokulele Airlines adding more services Hawaii

Mokulele Airlines recently announced it is adding Hawaii islands inter-service flights from Oahu to Maui. This service will be launched from July 1, 2014.

The flights will operate from the Kalaeloa Airport in Oahu to Kahului Airport in Maui. The airline will offer three round-trip daily flights between the two airports. These flights will help travelers to visit different places in Hawaii islands conveniently.

A spokesperson of Mokulele Airlines said that the construction of the runway is being completed so that it can be opened for use.

Kaleloa Airport will be the ninth airport to be served by Mokulele Airlines. The airport will have parking for passengers as well. Moreover, the passengers will not have to undergo TSA screening. In order to promote the new service, the airline will be offering introductory one-way airfares starting from $69, inclusive of taxes and other surcharges.

Earlier in April this year, Mokulele Airlines announced the addition of three more flights from Honolulu to Maui. This was in response to go! Airlines’ announcement that it was pulling out of Hawaii.

Mokulele Airlines and Hawaii Transport Airports Division are working in tandem to start this service. This new service will make air journey to and from Maui more convenient to local passengers as well as for tourists. Hawaii Islands is mostly visited by tourists for its attractions, resorts, and beaches.

Mokulele Airlines is based in Kona in Hawaii Islands. This airline was established in 1994. The airline has two hubs Kahului Airport and Kona International Airport. Mokulele Airlines operates inter-island and charter flights that connect smaller airports of Hawaii.
