Philippine Airlines direct Hong Kong-Kalibo flight to be launched April 27

Philippine Airlines recently announced it will be launching direct nonstop flights between Hong Kong and Kalibo starting from April 27, 2012.

The launch of nonstop Philippine Airlines flights to Kalibo from Hong Kong will be beneficial for scores of tourists visiting Hong Kong to take flights to Kalibo to see the world-famous, fine sand beaches of Boracay.

The airline in a statement said that it will be offering twice weekly service between the two destinations. The starting of flight services is aimed at further boosting the market demand for Boracay. The airline will be deploying its bi-class Airbus A320 aircraft configured with 12 seats in the Business Class and 144 seats in Economy Class.

The passengers are being offered special introductory fares for traveling in Economy Class at $173.97 (1,350 Hong Kong Dollars) round-trip.
