Qatar Airways opening new multi-lingual Customer Contact Center for European markets

Travelers booking Qatar Airways flights tickets from European destinations would now find it more convenient to get their travel concerns addressed.

Qatar Airways recently announced it will be launching a new multi-lingual Customer Contact Center to address the concerns of customers in key European markets. The customer contact center would be opened in the Polish city of Wroclaw early next year.

The announcement by the airline to open the new customer contact center in Poland has come two months ahead of the launch of Qatar Airways flights to the Polish capital Warsaw from its hub at Doha.

The direct flights between Warsaw and Doha would be launched from December 5, 2012, and would be operated four times every week. The customer care center would be opened in February 2013.

Qatar Airways in a statement said that the servicing of customer inquiries would be later on expanded and would include Privilege Club member services, E-Commerce support as well as travel trade support for all important markets in the airline’s European network.
