SWISS unveils round-the-clock customer service via social media platforms

Passengers taking SWISS flights can now keep themselves updated via social media platforms. Swiss International Air Lines, popularly called SWISS, recently announced the launch of its customer service center to keep its customers up-to-date.

The airline in a statement said that passengers booking SWISS flights tickets can now take the assistance of Around-the-Clock Customer Service via social media platforms like the Twitter and Facebook. The airline launched the Around-the-Clock Customer Service Center effective July 1, 2012.

The service center will remain active round-the-clock and will assist passengers on flights schedules, flights tickets, re-bookings and other related issues. 

For quite some time now, SWISS has been making effective use of the popular social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook to broadcast general information on the company, product news, various competitions and other similar issues. The passengers can also ask specific queries about bookings already made or traveling with SWISS and its various products. The service is being provided in five languages, including English, Spanish, Italian, French and German.
