For each closing on a home site or completed home by December 31, 2014, the residents of Golden Oak receive many benefits that include Disney Connection Golden Oak Pass, which allows each Golden Oak Resident one Premium Annual Pass and, separately, Five Additional One-Day Theme park Tickets with Park Hopper and Water Park Fun and More option.
The Premium Annual Pass includes special discounts and offers for dining and merchandise, unlimited admission to all four theme parks on the same day, complimentary parking, admission to Disney Water Parks, admission to Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and Disney Quest Indoor Interactive Theme Park without any blackout dates.
The One-Day Theme Park Ticket with Park Hopper and Water Park Fun and More Option includes admission to all four Theme Parks on the same day, plus two visits to your choice to any other Disney-affiliated attraction.
Concierge-Style Resident Services are available to coordinate and assist guests with special requests like private VIP tours of each park, private transportation to destinations within the Walt Disney World Resort, dining reservations, golf tee times, move-in services, in-home dinners and parties and more.
