Air Canada named Canada’s favorite airline for business travel

Air Canada customers taking cheap business class flights to various destinations worldwide have expressed satisfaction with the airline’s overall services. The Ipsos Reid Business Traveller Survey recently revealed the results of its study which finally named Air Canada as Canada’s favorite airline for business travel.

The survey, which was conducted for 2013, said that nearly 81 percent of Canadian frequent business travelers preferred to fly with Air Canada. This was significantly an improvement of 12 percentage points in Air Canada’s ratings in the national survey over the past five years.

The survey consistently showed strong ratings in customer preference for the airline’s overall services. These include Air Canada’s frequent flyer reward program, business class service, complimentary in-flight entertainment, flight schedule and Maple Leaf Lounges.
 
The survey also pointed out that the customers’ overall satisfaction with Air Canada’s service climbed six percentage points over last year. Over 95 customers also want to use the airline for business travel in the coming year, an increase of six percentage points over the previous year.
