Air Canada to start weekly operations between Toronto-Vail

Air Canada announced the launch of its weekly nonstop service between Toronto and Vail, Colorado. The announcement comes in the wake of high demand during the winter ski season of 2013-14. The new flights will be available on Saturdays through December 14, 2013 and April 5, 2014.

The airline will operate Airbus 319 aircraft equipped with a seating capacity of 120. Passengers will get the chance to book plane tickets in executive or economy class with the airline. The flight to Vail will depart from Air Canada’s main hub at Toronto Pearson International airport.

Marcel Forget, Air Canada's Vice President, Network Planning said that the airline is pleased to offer the weekly nonstop service between Toronto and Vail, Colorado through the popular ski season. He said that the customers are going to enjoy their ski holidays to the popular resorts of Vail with the airline’s direct operations.

The airline is also offering one-way introductory fares to celebrate the occasion. Passengers taking these flights will as well be eligible to collect Aeroplan Miles, loyalty program provided by Air Canada.

As per the schedule, the flight is set to depart Toronto at 0950 hours and arrive in Vail at 1145 hours. The return flight is scheduled to depart Vail at 1230 hours and arrive in Toronto at 1745 hours approximately.
