Air China launches third nonstop Los Angeles-Beijing flights

Air China has once again expanded its service to Los Angeles. China’s national carrier recently announced the launch of its third nonstop flights to Los Angeles from Beijing. The airline’s third nonstop service between the two destinations will be operated four times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
 
The airline is a statement said that it will be operating nonstop flights on Los Angeles-Beijing route with help of a Boeing777-300ER aircraft. Air China has been using the same aircraft to serve this popular city pair with twice daily nonstop flights services.

Media reports said that with the launch of the third additional service, the total number of weekly nonstop flights between Beijing and Los Angeles will reach to 18. The airline plans to operate four times weekly service on the route now. However, starting July 1, 2015, the third additional service will become daily.

 The reports said that the leisure and business travelers will get more opportunity and flexible options to conveniently connect to Beijing and beyond from Los Angeles with Air China’s thrice daily nonstop service effective from July 1.

Air China is a member of Star Alliance, a leading global airline alliance. The national flag carrier of China is the only airline providing nonstop flight services from Los Angeles, Houston and New York from Beijing. Apart from the nonstop services to Beijing from the three U.S. destinations, the airline has been providing connectivity from seven North American gateways. These destinations in North America include Vancouver, Honolulu, Washington Dulles, Houston, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
