Air China unveils Fast Track immigration service for First Class at London Heathrow

China’s national flag carrier Air China recently announced the introducing of its “Fast Track” immigration service at London Heathrow for the convenience of its premium customers.

The “Fast Track” immigration service, which became effective from July 10, 2012, is aimed at benefiting its customers taking first class flights as well as those traveling on the airline’s business class. The new service is also valid for PhoenixMiles Platinum members taking Air China flights from Beijing to London Heathrow.

According to the airline, customers traveling in First Class, Business Class or those holding PhoenixMiles Platinum membership are required to head to the specified location carrying “Fast Track” sign and furnish their valid credentials in order to take the advantage of this immigration service.

Air China in a statement said that this immigration service is not valid to groups for the time being. The premium passengers who are not holding the passports of the UK or any other EU countries can qualify for the “Fast Track” immigration service.
