Air France business class to offer Michel Roth signature dishes

Air France recently announced it will be offering exceptional dishes signed by famous chef Michel Roth on all its long-haul business class flights departing from Paris’ Charles de Gaulle International Airport.
 
The airline in a statement said that the passengers booking business class tickets on Air France would be able to enjoy exclusive menu onboard their flights starting from February 1, 2013. The customers would be able to enjoy the menu for a period of eight months.

A spokesperson of Air France said that Michel Roth would now become the new ambassador of fine French cuisine after Joel Robuchon and Guy Martin. Roth would be presenting six unique main dishes.

The dishes would be reflective of traditional and inventive cuisine. The dishes would be renewed twice every month and would be a source of delight for the airline’s frequent travelers.

Some of the exclusive dishes to be featured on business class of Air France include Pollock fish, mussel broth with Menton cured lemon zest and simmered vegetables; Shrimp and squid with tarragon lobster sauce, red rice and baby spinach; and Pan-seared scallops, artichoke sauce with white truffle, crisp polenta and sugar snap peas.
