Air France customers enjoying exclusive signature dishes in business class

Passengers booking business class flights on Air France never had it before. Ever since June 1, 2012, the passengers are enjoying exclusive signature dishes designed by renowned chef Guy Martin on all long-haul flights from Paris’ Charles de Gaulle International Airport.

Guy Martin is Michelin-starred chef at the Grand Véfour restaurant and has been preparing the dishes in collaboration with Servair chefs.

According to the airline, Guy Martin has been able to design classic and inventive recipes inspired by memories of holidays, scents and colors.
 
Some of these exclusive signature dishes being offered to passengers booking business class seats, include Sautéed chicken with orange and maniguette pepper, endive and pearl onions; Orecchiette pasta with calamari and arugula served over tomato sauce with coriander; Sautéed shrimp, pasta shells and zucchini caviar, coconut sauce enhanced by Espelette chili pepper; and Breast of duckling, and a fennel and mango compote.

The airline stated that the dishes created by Guy Martin for business class fliers would be offered for a period of eight months. According to the airline, these culinary delights would be renewed twice every month in order to ensure that frequent fliers continue to enjoy a variety of dishes.
