Air France offering revamped business class amenity kits

Air France has revamped its amenity kits and offering to customers travelling on business class flights. The new kits are available in four colours.

Media reports said that each business class amenity kit contains skincare moisturiser by popular French luxury cosmetic brand Clarins. The kits also have shoehorn, comb, earplugs, lip balm, eye mask and dental hygiene kit.

The lavatories in the business class cabin would also have a one-step cleanser and rejuvenating hand cream.

Delta Air Lines had also unveiled its upgraded amenity kits for business class customers in July this year. The new kits are being offered to all its BusinessElite customers travelling on long-haul international routes effective from July 1, 2015.

The Tumi business class amenity kit being offered by Delta Air Lines consists of earplugs, facial tissues, striped socks, mouthwash, body lotion, eyeshades, a soft-touch pen, Malin and Goetz lip moisturiser, and a dental kit with Crest toothpaste. The Tumi kits are available in both hard and soft-sided editions. The premium customers can collect one kit each way.

Among other airlines, which also introduced amenity kits for their business class customers include United Airlines and Airberlin. Both the carriers launched their respective business class amenity kits in July this year.

Meanwhile, in another development Delta Air Lines has announced that it is going to stop operating its flights services between Seattle and Tokyo Haneda effective from September 30, 2015.
