Air France premium economy class on A380 preferred by passengers

Air France recently announced that its premium economy flights on Airbus A380 aircraft is greatly preferred by its customers traveling to various international destinations.
 
The airline is currently offering A380 service on several international routes, including New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Paris, Montreal, Johannesburg, Singapore and Tokyo.

Air France said that customers booking premium economy tickets will be able to avail most of the amenities that are provided to business class flyers. These facilities, include Sky Priority check-in. The customers traveling in premium economy class are allowed to carry two bags, each weighing a maximum of up to 23 kg.

When traveling in premium economy class in Air France, the customers are offered spacious premium economy seats with 40 percent more space than what is usually offered in economy class. The seats are 20 percent wider and have 20 percent more legroom space.

Among other amenities provided in premium economy class include a reading lamp, a noise-reducing headset, a toiletries kit, a PC outlet, a virgin wool blanket, and a feather pillow.
