Air France unveils revamped business class menu on long-haul flights

Leading French carrier Air France recently announced upgraded menu for passengers taking business class flights to various international destinations.

Passengers booking business class seats on Air France long-haul flights from Paris’ Charles de Gaulle International Airport will now be able to enjoy upgraded menu created by French celebrity chef Guy Martin.

Business class travelers have already started to sample exclusive menu starting from June 1, 2012.

According to Air France, dishes being provided to passengers booking business class tickets this month include sautéed shrimp, pasta shells and zucchini caviar, coconut sauce enhanced by Espelette chilli pepper, and breast of duckling, and a fennel and mango compote.

The airline further stated that the menu will be renewed twice every month with the range being initially offered for eight months.

Guy Martin has already been creating dishes for passengers taking Air France first class flights for over a decade.

Apart from Guy Martin, another famous chef Joël Robuchon created menus for Air France’s premium cabins last year.
