airBaltic enhances its five ticket types to personalize travel

Latvian carrier airBaltic has now started offering more personalized and convenient travel for its customers, which are exclusively based on their individual needs. To attain its objectives and make travel affordable with cheap flights options, airBaltic has improved its five ticket types.

Michael Grimme, Chief Commercial Officer of airBaltic, said that the airline’s each of the five ticket types – Basic, Economy Smart, Economy Elite, Business Smart and Business Elite – would include a gradually increasing amount of service.

He said that the Basic ticket secures the lowest price for budget travelers offering them to book cheap flights. Economy Smart tickets now include more services like allowing customers a checked-in bag free of charge. The airline’s enhanced Economy Elite tickets would allow customers adjusting travel plans without limitations, full ticket refund at any time, and an Elite meal. 

For business travelers, airBaltic has designed Economy Elite tickets specifically for those who for one reason or another are restricted to fly in Business Elite or Business Smart class. The customers are offered premium service at the airport, lounges and on-board when traveling on business tickets. The customers are offered full flexibility and premium services throughout the journey on Business Elite tickets.
