Virgin Atlantic Airways

Virgin Atlantic Airways doesn’t want its premium customers to be left with a bitter taste in their mouth while boarding their flight after a harrowing check-in or a taxing car journey to the airport. To make the boarding process hassle free for its first and business class customers, the airline is offering a chauffeur car service. According to the airline, the customer’s Upper Class experience begins the moment they have left their home, office, or their desired place of stay.

The airline has also eliminated the queues for its premium customers at check-in. Virgin Atlantic Airways claims that it can ferry its customers ”from car to Clubhouse within 10 minutes”. This has become possible through its dedicated “Private Security Channel within the Upper Class Wing at London Heathrow”. The customers are also served gourmet meals and fine wines throughout the flight.
