Airlines devise new means to charge baggage fees from travelers

Airlines around the world are inventing new methods to charge customers for using even the basic services. The services that were once made available without any charge are free no more. The latest to join the gang is the baggage allowance. The constantly dwindling luggage allowance is mounting the concerns and the anxieties of the customers.

The irony however is that these customers can do very little about the fact including complaint. No matter the domestic or the international sector, travelers are facing the brunt of the shrinking baggage allowance. Various airlines offering cheap flights are resorting to weird methods to cough up different fees from their customers. However, a different league of smart travelers has devised counter methods to keep these worries at bay.

Many travelers admit that they sneak the heaviest part of their luggage into the cabin as carry-on baggage and so far not many airlines charge for carry-on fee. Some even wear heavy articles during their flight to free space in both the checked as well as carry-on baggage. Some travelers even resort to sneaking their small but extra baggage past the airline officials at the counter.

All this shows the faulty airline policies that are coming down heavily on the customers. No travelers would want to pay extra for baggage services but airlines are making it as their trump card to earn more. Though some airlines charge very little on ticket prices, yet they do everything possible in their capacity to charge their customers citing one or the other excuse.
