All biz-class La Compagnie launching Newark-Luton route April 24

If you are going on a holiday or taking a business trip to/from New York City and London this spring you are likely to spend on an average $1,200 for roundtrip tickets in economy class, and while booking business class flights the price of tickets could be around $6,000 roundtrip. However, there are still ways to fly cheap in business class between the two cities.

All business-class French carrier La Compagnie will make this possible for you. The airline is launching its new flights between London Luton Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport starting from April 24, 2015. The airline is offering business class tickets for as low as $1,798 roundtrip.

The business class flights offered by La Compagnie to the destinations it is currently flying are priced 30 to 50 percent lower than what is currently charged by major legacy carriers worldwide on average.
 
The Boeing 757-200 aircraft decked out in La Compagnie’s signature baby blue hue to be deployed on the Newark-London Luton route will be offering a total of 74 seats in a 2-by-2 configuration. The flights are aimed to provide a typical business class experience to customers at highly affordable airfares.
 
Some of the prominent features being offered in the aircraft include spacious leather seats (which recline to be nearly flat), personal Samsung tablets for in-flight entertainment (pre-loaded with TV serials, movies and reading material), delicious meal options created by a Michelin-starred chef, fine wines and champagne, and a Caudalie amenity kit. The customers can also gain access to business lounges at the airports where the airline operates its services.
